L’Appartement du Cocher, a charming apartment in the Beaujolais region

We invite you to stay in an authentic Rhône castle, near Lyon and Villefranche-sur-Saône.

This is the former coachman’s apartment, which was located above the castle’s stables in the 19th century. It is accessed through the old tack room, which is still adorned with saddle racks and bridle racks dating from that period.

The reservation includes access to:

L’Appartement du Paradis, an exceptional apartment in the Beaujolais region

We’ve named our apartment for four people “the apartment of paradise” in reference to the wine—both fresh and sweet—that’s produced a few days after fermentation begins, since it’s located right above the fermentation cellar where the wines of Château de Champ-Renard are made. It’s also a unique opportunity to sleep in a Beaujolais vineyard.

With its breathtaking view of the vineyards and its small, paved courtyard at garden level, furnished with a table and garden chairs, this is truly a charming place to stay in the Beaujolais region.
