Organized by the Association des Châteaux en Beaujolais, “À Table avec l’Histoire” is a one-of-a-kind wine tourism and sensory journey unlike any other in France. Over the course of an exceptional gourmet meal, the region’s great historic estates invite you to step back in time and journey from the Middle Ages to the 20th century.

Much more than just a dinner, each event is a timeless escape designed as a vivid and faithful reenactment: period recipes, culinary rituals of yesteryear, stately settings, costumes, and theatrical or musical performances come together to bring our winemaking heritage back to life.

During this exclusive evening, a Michelin-starred chef will orchestrate a gourmet dinner inspired by authentic recipes from the Age of Enlightenment, complemented by our estate’s finest age-worthy wines.
