Planning a back-to-work team meeting requires a systematic approach. Here are four key points to ensure your workshop is a success and to gain your employees’ support:

  1. Planning Ahead for Your Seminar: Every corporate event requires advance planning. This process helps you define the event’s objectives, identify the target audience, inform participants, and engage them. The budget allocated for the event is also a key consideration.

  2. Choose the right date: Make sure your teams are fully staffed, and take school start dates into account.

  3. Choosing the perfect seminar venue: The selected venue should be easily accessible, offer an elegant and exotic setting, and provide high-quality equipment and activities tailored to the needs of businesses.

  4. Plan the agenda for your back-to-school meeting: Be sure to balance the schedule between plenary sessions, small-group work, group activities, and downtime—ideally all at the same location.
